When you have noticed unwanted hair growth in your body, it is important to determine the actual cause of that growth. Your Monthly Nutrition- Holidays Overeating issue

There are many choices of foods on the table during the celebrations and most people end up overeating. However, rest assured although we are guilty of overindulging sometimes, there are ways to combat the damage to our body from the rich meals.
- Eat plenty of fresh fruits after a heavy meal. Such as berries, anti-oxidants can get rid of the harmful free radicals produced after a heavy meal.
- Drink orange juice, cranberry juice or mix berries juice at the party. Choose fresh juices to avoid extra-added sugar.
- Eat your salad with a tablespoon of vinegar as dressing.
- Go back to your normal healthy eating routinesimmediately after the celebrations.
- Take multi-vitamins supplements daily after the parties. Drink plenty of water (plain) daily.
- Slow walk for one-hour daily. One-hour slow walk can burn up to 260 calories.
